Easter Recipe - Chocolate nests

So I have decided to share with you one of my favourite easter recipes. Its quick and pretty simple and you don't need to be a master chef to ace it.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chocolate bar (it doesn't have to be an expensive one . A shops own-brand will do)
- 2  shredded wheat biscuits

Decoration:
- Chicks (not real ones of course)
- Chocolate Mini eggs

Equipment:
- 2 table spoons
- 1 pyrex bowl
- 1 mixing  bowl
- Sauce pan
- Cupcake cases

Method:
Take your chocolate , break it up into pieces and put it in a pyrex bowl. Boil water in a sauce pan and place your bowl into it so the chocolate will melt.
Get another bowl and scrunch up all your shredded wheat into a bowl.
Once your chocolate has melted , give it a quick stir and pour it onto the shredded wheat.
Stir it all together and place about two spoon fulls into cup-cake cases. Press down lightly in the middle of each nest to make space for your decorations.  Put it in the fridge and leave it to set for about 10minutes. Once its hard , place your chicks and a couple of chocolate mini eggs in the middle for decoration.

And there you have it! Your very own chocolate nests. They do not only look great , but they taste divine and would make a great mini Easter gift!

Happy Easter everyone! x
