I've noticed that Kindle eBooks tend to be slightly cheaper than physical books, for example John Green's The Fault in Our Stars (which I read on the flight to Spain, and LOVED) will cost you £2.49 as an eBook, £3.85 as a paperback, or £14.27 as a hardcover book.

This has been great for me as I love physical books too much to ditch them altogether and buy a Kindle, but sometimes I find really cheap eBooks which are useful for particular research projects I'm doing, so it's much more convenient to have them on my device at the click of a button rather than find them in a bookshop or library.
