I came across this advert recently and it got me thinking about double standards in society, and how many of these label we accept as normal without questioning them, or even realising how damaging they are.It ties in nicely with the 'Ban Bossy' campaign which successful women like Victoria Beckham and Beyoncé have lent their support to.
